Swept Rounds

Winners have 365 days to claim their prize after a round is finalized. If unclaimed prizes remain after this window, the operator calls sweepExpiredClaims on-chain, which emits a PrizesSwept event and transfers the unclaimed amount to the treasury.

The smart contract enforces the 365-day expiry independently — the operator cannot sweep early.
